The Board of Trustees, Superintendent, executive staff and Employee Associations recognize the importance of working within a culture of respect. With that in mind, a draft document was developed and distributed earlier this year. We asked for comments and feedback to this document in a survey. The Culture of Respect survey produced many responses. After a comprehensive review of the responses and discussions with stakeholders, the Culture of Respect committee has made relatively small but very significant changes to the document.
